Terms of Service

Last Updated: December 16, 2025

Welcome to lyricmaker.cloud. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before using our website and the AI Lyrics Generator services operated by lyricmaker.cloud (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and lyricmaker.cloud concerning your access to and use of our website and applications. By creating an account or using our AI tools, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

2. Description of Service

lyricmaker.cloud provides an artificial intelligence-powered platform designed to assist users in writing, editing, and generating song lyrics. We provide tools for rhyme generation, syllable counting, and creative suggestion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts and Security

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, or a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization.

4. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

This section addresses the ownership of the content generated using our AI tools, which is of particular importance to our community of creators.

A. Your Inputs

You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the text, prompts, and data you input into the Service (“User Input”).

B. AI Generated Output

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, lyricmaker.cloud assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to the lyrics and content generated by the Service specifically for you based on your Inputs (“Output”). This means you are free to use the generated lyrics for commercial purposes, including song recording, performance, and publication.

However, due to the nature of artificial intelligence, you acknowledge that:

  • Output may not be unique across all users (e.g., simple phrases or common rhymes may be generated for others).
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Output does not violate the copyright or rights of third parties.
  • We make no representation or warranty that the Output is protectable under copyright law, as laws regarding AI-generated content are subject to change.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
  • To generate content that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • To infringe upon the rights of others, including creating “deep fakes” or impersonating artists without consent.
  • To reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the AI models.
  • To use the Service for high-volume automated requests (scraping) without our express written permission.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are generally not provided for partial months of service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. lyricmaker.cloud makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.

To the full extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service, its servers, or email sent from us are free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall lyricmaker.cloud, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service; and
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of California, in each case located in the appropriate county. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless lyricmaker.cloud and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

12. Contact Us
